When you choose Tebex, Tebex Limited is the legal seller and Merchant of Record for that Tebex transaction. Tebex processes payment, tax, and payment-related disputes; XenonBots provides the digital subscription and activates its features after payment confirmation.

Tebex's Merchant of Record role applies only to payments processed through Tebex. Payments made through Lahza or Togo are also subject to the selected provider's applicable terms and processes.

These terms apply to XenonBots, the dashboard, the Discord bot, subscription pages, and any related tools or features.

We may update these terms to protect the service, comply with law, or align with Discord requirements. Continued use after publication means you accept the updated terms.

You must be eligible to use Discord under Discord's terms and applicable local laws. If you are under the legal age in your jurisdiction, you may use the service only with appropriate guardian consent or as permitted by law and Discord's terms.

You must be authorized to add the bot to a server or change its settings. You are responsible for actions performed through your account and permissions.

You may not impersonate others, manage servers without permission, sell unauthorized access, or bypass Discord or XenonBots permission systems.

XenonBots must be used lawfully, safely, and consistently with Discord's terms and policies. We do not allow activity that harms users, servers, or the platform.

Some features require a paid subscription per server. A subscription does not automatically transfer to another server unless we approve it or the dashboard explicitly supports it.

The selected plan, price, currency, billing interval (monthly or yearly), and any applicable tax or fee are presented on the subscription or payment page before you place the order. The final checkout page shows the binding price for the purchase.

Recurring plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may request cancellation through XenonBots subscription management where available, or through the Tebex management page when Tebex makes one available for your transaction. Paid access remains active until the end of the paid term unless law or a security reason requires otherwise.

We may add, modify, or remove features to improve the service or protect stability. We aim to keep fair value for subscribers, but no feature is guaranteed to remain unchanged forever.

Payments must be made with a payment method you own or are authorized to use. We may pause or review subscriptions if we detect fraud indicators, unauthorized payment, abuse, or unreasonable disputes.

Premium digital features are activated automatically after the payment provider confirms successful payment. At checkout, a payment provider may ask for your explicit consent to immediate digital-content delivery or its legal terms; that consent is presented in the checkout and does not affect mandatory rights granted by law.

Fraud, manipulation, or unauthorized resale may result in permanent termination without refund, and we may provide evidence to payment providers or appropriate authorities.

You are responsible for the text, images, settings, messages, buttons, menus, and automation you create with the service. Do not upload or send content that violates law, rights, or Discord policies.

We process Discord data needed to run the bot, such as server, channel, role, setting, and operational log identifiers. Details are available in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access for a server or account due to terms violations, security risk, abuse, fraudulent payment disputes, or valid legal requests.

When a subscription ends, Premium features may stop running while some data remains stored for a reasonable period to support renewal or export where possible.

We work to provide a stable service, but XenonBots depends on Discord, hosting, databases, payment providers, and other third parties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not provide a guaranteed uptime percentage or service-level agreement unless it is expressly stated in a paid plan or separate written agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, reputation damage, or data loss caused by abuse, Discord outages, or third-party services.

If we are legally liable, the maximum compensation is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the last three months, unless law requires otherwise.

All rights in XenonBots, including software, code, dashboard interfaces, designs, logos, copy, trademarks, and product experience, are owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, resell, create derivative works from, or use XenonBots commercial, technical, or visual assets without prior written permission.

You agree to indemnify XenonBots and its team from claims, losses, and costs caused by your violation of these terms, your content, your settings, or disputes with server members.

You may not use the XenonBots name, logo, or brand in a way that suggests partnership, sponsorship, or official approval without written permission.

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which XenonBots is operated, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.

Before starting a formal dispute, you agree to contact us in good faith through the official support channel and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
